The McDougal Trust
The McDougall Trust is an independently managed educational research charity, established in 1948 under the will of Sir Robert McDougall, a member of the flour-milling family. Sir Robert, who took a close interest in the study of elections and electoral systems, had been a long-standing member of the Electoral Reform Society, a Vice-President, and one of its most generous benefactors.
